In the following Terms and Conditions the term ‘You’ means the customer of Jelly & Ice Cream, the person making enquiries to us or the person named on any invoice from us. The term ‘Us’ ‘We’ or ‘Our’ means the company Jelly & Ice Cream, its staff or any of its suppliers.

3.2 Upon hiring a Bouncy Castle or any play equipment from us you agree to sign the Disclaimer surrounding the hire for the period of hiring as defined by us, usually will be from the time of delivery until the time of collection. This signature will be legally binding and we reserve the right to not leave the Bouncy Castle if there is a refusal to sign the Disclaimer.
